Defining Your
Requirements
Every project starts with understanding your needs. We discuss your product, target market, filling process, volumes, and technical expectations. This step allows us to define the functional and aesthetic framework for the packaging and ensures a solid foundation for development.
Concept & Design Development
Based on the defined requirements, our team develops initial packaging concepts. Form, volume, proportions, and functional details are designed with both brand identity and production feasibility in mind. Early technical evaluation helps avoid later adjustments and keeps the project efficient.
3D Engineering & Visualization
The selected concept is developed in a 3D environment. This allows us to refine wall thickness, neck finishes, tolerances, and functional elements. Visual renderings and technical drawings give you a clear preview of the final packaging before moving forward.
Prototyping & Validation
To support decision-making and reduce risk, physical prototypes can be produced using rapid prototyping methods. These mock-ups allow you to assess look, feel and compatibility before tooling investments are made.
Mould
Development
Once the design is approved, the project moves into mould development. Tooling is created according to defined technical standards to ensure durability, dimensional accuracy, and consistent production performance.
Trial Production & Quality Checks
Before serial production, trial runs are carried out to validate performance under real production conditions. Quality checks ensure that the packaging meets all agreed specifications in terms of appearance, functionality, and consistency.
Serial Production & Ongoing Support
